If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns for a 100% refund (excluding all Add-on services like third-party certificates, gift wrapping) to your original payment method and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, with FREE return shipping (free pick-up and delivery) on all orders.
What Can't Be Returned or Exchanged?

Customised and Personalised Jewellery: Engraved or customised jewellery and gold coins can't be returned or exchanged.

Used or Worn Items: We can't accept jewellery that has been damaged, modified, or shows signs of wear.

Third-Party Alterations: Items that have been altered or modified in any way by a third party will not be accepted under our return, exchange, or refund policies.

Once we hear from you, we'll arrange a convenient pickup of your return shipment directly from your location.
Note: We will make two pickup attempts. If the courier partner is unable to collect the shipment, you'll be responsible for sending the return package back to us at: House Of Lakra 2nd Floor, A-28, Vidyalaya Marg Tilak Nagar, Jaipur-302004
Please ensure that your shipment is securely packed. Also, we request that you record a video of the whole packing process.
Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the items within 2-4 business days. We'll then process your return or exchange request promptly.
Refunds
If you return an item within our 15-day return window, we'll process a full refund (excluding Add-on services) to your original payment method.

Processing Time: Allow up to 8-12 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Partial Orders: If you return some items from an order, you'll only be refunded for the returned pieces.

Condition: We can't accept returns for jewellery that's been damaged, modified, or worn. In these cases, we'll ship the item back to you without a refund.

Add-ons and Certificates: The cost of Add-ons such as IGI/SGL certification, gift wrapping, or any other value-added services are non-refundable.
