  • Availability: All Products are custom-made based on Your selection of stone, metal, and quality. While we strive to keep the Site updated, display does not guarantee immediate availability.
  • Accuracy: Factors like screen resolution may affect how a Product appears. Product photographs are taken individually and are not sized relative to each other.

  • Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and COD (for orders under ₹49,000/-).

8. Policies (Summary)

Shipping: We offer FREE SHIPPING across India. All shipments are fully insured.

Returns: A 15-day Free Return/Exchange policy applies (excludes engraved/customized items).

Resizing: One free resizing is offered within 15 days of purchase (terms apply).

9. Liability & Force Majeure

House Of Lakra and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from Your use of the Site. We are not responsible for delays caused by "Force Majeure" events, including acts of God, war, riots, pandemics, or government restrictions.

 

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the Laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

  • Lifetime Exchange: Return Your piece for store credit based on prevailing market rates.
  • Lifetime Buyback: We will buy back Your piece at a percentage of its current value, subject to quality checks.
