We want your jewellery to be cherished for years to come, which is why a perfect fit is essential. Whether it’s a ring or a bangle, we are here to ensure it fits you comfortably.
Free Resizing (Within 15 Days of Delivery)
- One Free Resize: We offer one complimentary resizing within 15 days of delivery, including insured return shipping.
- Exclusions: This is not applicable on custom or personalised orders.
- Metal Weight: Any metal weight differences exceeding ₹1,000 will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Paid Resizing
Resizing is subject to charges under the following conditions:
- Once the 15-day window has ended.
- For custom or personalised orders.
- If a complimentary resize has already been used for the product.
Charges for Ring Resizing

Charges for Bangle Resizing
- Making charges (as per current market rate) + metal weight difference + one-side insured shipping.
Please Note:
- Structure Limits: Some designs may not be resizable due to their structural integrity; in such cases, full making charges may apply to recreate the piece.
- Recertification: If a third-party certificate (IGI/SGL) was issued at purchase, a new certification cost will apply if you wish to recertify the product after resizing.
- Third Parties: Items resized or modified by third-party jewellers are not accepted for any future service or return.
- Policy Update: Once a resizing request is initiated, the 15-day return policy no longer applies. However, the product remains covered under our Lifetime Exchange & Buyback policy.
