House Of Lakra Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel your order for any reason, please contact our customer service team at +91 9990600021.
Orders That Have Not Yet Shipped
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method (debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI) used at checkout. In rare cases where the original card is no longer active, a cheque may be issued.
- COD Orders: We will simply void the transaction to close the cancellation.
Orders Already Shipped/Handed to Courier
If your order is already in transit, you have the option to decline delivery. Simply inform the delivery personnel to return the package to us. We will initiate your refund once we receive confirmation from the courier partner that the order was not accepted and is being returned to the sender.
Cancellations by House Of Lakra
There may be certain orders that House Of Lakra cannot accept. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:
- Limitations on available quantities.
- Errors in pricing or product information.
- Issues identified by our fraud prevention department.
- Any other internal technical or quality concerns.
We may also reach out for additional information before accepting certain orders. You will be notified immediately if your order is cancelled fully or partially.
Exceptions
Important: Orders for customised, personalised, or engraved jewellery are treated as FINAL SALE and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
