Our Lifetime Exchange & Buyback policy is designed to be as dazzling and delightful as our jewellery! To kickstart this sparkling transaction, simply have your original invoice handy or let us know the phone number linked to your purchase.
To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, we've outlined the key terms and conditions below:
- Documentation: Products must be returned with original certification and documents, if applicable.
- Valuation Process: Product valuation and quality check (QC) will take up to 15 business days.
- Exchange: Once approved, customers can purchase a new product of the same or higher value by paying the difference. Shipping follows the timeline mentioned on the website at the time of purchase.
- Declined Valuation: If you decide not to proceed after valuation, you can reclaim the product by paying a processing fee.
- Buyback Credits: For buyback, House Of Lakra cash (up to ₹5,00,000) will be credited to your account, redeemable after 30 days. A 10% transaction charge applies on bank transfers.
- Market Value: Appreciation is determined solely by the company based on current market rates.
- Discounts: Any discount applied at the time of purchase (as shown on the invoice) will be deducted from the final calculation.
- Eligibility: * Returns after the free 15-day window fall under this policy.
- Includes all custom and personalised jewellery orders.
- Excludes making charges, add-ons, and taxes.
- Not applicable on loose diamonds, loose gemstones, gold coins, or silver coins.
- Third-Party Work: Products altered by third parties are not eligible.

Silver Jewellery: Lifetime Buyback is not applicable on silver jewellery (studded or plain). Only Lifetime Exchange is available for silver.
